Projects are established yearly based on our strategic goals and are directly linked to our provincial health system plan. We utilize a system of strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and the Saskatchewan Healthcare Management System (Lean management tools) a combination of powerful tools for setting targets and reaching goals to acheive better health care every day for the people that we serve.
Together, we are aggressively pursuing transformation by improving access and connectivity in primary health care innovation sites, transforming the patient experience through sooner, smarter and safer surgical care and enhancing our safety culture with a focus on patient and staff safety.
